The Grove – UV Sensor is used for detecting the intensity of incident ultraviolet (UV) radiation. This form of electromagnetic radiation has shorter wavelengths than visible radiation. It is based on the sensor GUVA-S12SD. It has a wide spectral range of 200 nm-400 nm. The module will output an electrical signal that varies with the change of the UV intensity. UV sensors are used for determining exposure to ultraviolet radiation in the laboratory or environmental settings.
Features:
1. High stability
2. Good Sensitivity
3. Low power consumption
4. Schottky-type photodiode sensor
5. Wide response range
6. Grove Interface
