1. Shipping Overview

Vyomtics is committed to delivering your orders in a timely and cost-effective manner. We partner with trusted courier services to ensure safe delivery of robotics kits, electronic components, and STEM educational products across India.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days (All India)
• Express Shipping: 1-3 business days (Metro cities)
• Same Day Delivery: Available in Agra (Order before 2 PM)

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and availability.

3. Shipping Charges

Our shipping charges are calculated based on order value and destination:

• Free Shipping: On orders above ₹1,999
• Standard Orders: ₹49 - ₹149 based on weight and location
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Additional ₹50 COD fee applies

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of receipt. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order is dispatched. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your order status through:

• Your Vyomtics account under "My Orders"
• The courier partner's website using the provided tracking number
• Our customer support team

6. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to all major cities and towns across India. For remote locations, delivery may take additional 2-3 business days. If your location is not serviceable, we will notify you within 24 hours and provide a full refund.

7. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If delivery fails after 3 attempts, the package will be returned to us. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address or provide an alternate contact number.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

In the rare event of a damaged or lost shipment, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date). We will investigate with the courier and arrange for a replacement or refund as applicable.
